Official Heads-Up

I am writing to give all of you the official heads-up and details about my upcoming art show.

the show takes place at DA Davidson (60 S. California St. Set. #301 Ventura, CA 93001)– a financial advisory office in downtown Ventura that offers its walls as gallery space for local community art events. There are 2 events surrounding this art show:

1. Saturday, December 3, 4pm - 7pm: Ventura Wine Walk

This is a downtown-wide event and requires the purchase of tickets to attend (more info here: http://venturawinterwinewalk.com ). its a popular event so if you are interested, don’t wait too long to purchase tickets, as they will sell out! FYI, the DA Davidson office is making a special exception for people who want to see the art show without having tickets for the Wine Walk, BUT, without Wine Walk tickets, you will not be able to partake in the food/drinks that will be served during the event.

2. Saturday, December 9, 4pm-7pm: “Color Us Different: A Five Woman Show” Artist’s Reception

This event is the official Artist’s Reception to “open” the show and celebrate the artists’ contributions to it. no purchase of anything is required to attend and drinks/light snacks will be provided.

I will be in attendance at both events, and all artworks will be available for sale beginning with the first event (on the 3rd). Though I have participated in several gallery shows in the past, this show marks the largest body of work i’ve shown to date! If you’re unable to make to the show in person, I will be posting my pieces on my website (sallysunart.com) and my Instagram account (@_sally_sun_) after Dec. 3rd.
